Sandi DeLoach

Business Manager

Sandi joined the ZOOM.7 team in 2010 as Business Manager. With greater than 30 years experience in small business management, she brings an expertise to all areas of operations including financial oversight, fiscal and strategic planning as well as cost containment. Additionally, she directs all areas of human resources including benefit administration and independent contractor support.

Nancy Hart

Producer

Having received her Bachelor of Theatre Arts from the University of Minnesota, Nancy began her career in the world of theatre then transitioned into live events as a project manager, producer, and stage manager during the 1980’s. Her 30 years of experience in event production and management provide our clients with great benefits: they appreciate her keen understanding of their goals and objectives and Nancy’s wealth of knowledge and professionalism quickly become evident in every project she tackles.

Terry Cannon

Technical Director

Terry stepped off the stage at Southern Methodist University with a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre, and he’s been involved in the production and staging of corporate and association events ever since. As a man who possesses a strong technical production background and a wide variety of talents, he also brings to every project an engaging personality and highly professional manner that, when it’s time for the lights and curtains to go up, our clients find very reassuring.

Beate Luce

Assistant Technical Director

Prior to her ten years at ZOOM.7, Beate studied Theater at Technische Fachhochschule in Berlin, Germany, now better known as the highly respected Beuth University of Applied Sciences. Her combination of creative and technical skills has endowed her with the unique ability to transform complex designs into real solutions, resulting in effects that are both practical and beautiful.

David Schad

Production Manager

If it didn’t make David crack going from the heat of the south (BBA in Accounting, North Texas State University) to the cold of the north (MBA, the University of Alaska Anchorage), you can rest assured nothing will. He began in the entertainment industry in the mid ’70s, first as a lighting technician and later managing advance logistics for major U.S. concert tours. Now Zoom.7 leverages his skills at managing crews and budgets for associations, corporations, the entertainment industry, and direct sales companies.

Scott Thompson

President and Executive Producer

Maybe it was Scott’s beginnings in the rock-and-roll industry, added to degrees in Theatre and Communication from the University of Texas that early on instilled in him the importance of the “wow” factor. Now, after more than 25 years in event planning and production, every event he touches benefits not only from his extensive experience as an effective manager, but also from his highly refined creative sense. He’s travelled around the world, overseeing projects with audiences numbering into the tens of thousands, for clients like Mary Kay Inc., BeautiControl, Saladmaster, IGNITE, RBC Life, and The Pampered Chef.

Peter Metz

Creative Director and Executive Producer

Creative stage, set, and lighting design, effective graphics, and the highest level of production values: in the capable hands of Peter Metz, they become powerful tools for brand messaging. Combining a Master of Fine Arts in Theatrical Design from Southern Methodist University with years of experience producing and designing theatrical, corporate and special events, Peter understands both the science and the art of creating emotionally engaging events, and has done so time and time again for major brands. His work has been recognized two years in a row by the International Special Event Society.
